With a record-breaking 352 automobiles in Cole Park, Alamosa was once again the place to be on September 1, 2007!A cup of homemade ice cream courtesy of the San Luis Valley Antique Iron Club using a unique churn powered by a 'putt-putt' which many recognized as the machine that replaced windmills in a bygone era. There was also plenty of other tasty food to keep your energy up which made viewing the various cars and trucks under the southern Colorado sun even better.
