2007 Early Iron Festival was FABULOUS!
A cup of homemade ice cream courtesy of the San Luis Valley Antique Iron Club using a unique churn powered by a 'putt-putt' which many recognized as the machine that replaced windmills in a bygone era. There was also plenty of other tasty food to keep your energy up which made viewing the various cars and trucks under the southern Colorado sun even better.
If you have photos to share of a vehicle I might have missed, please share it!

Welcome! The Early Iron Festival is held in Alamosa, CO over Labor Day weekend each year. There have been over 300 exquisite automobiles on display in years past and each one displays the handiwork and care of those who have an appreciation for Early Iron.
Come to the San Luis Valley in southern Colorado and take in the fun and share in the festival's homage to the classic auto!
